Train movement on Dhaka-Mymensingh route was disrupted as a local train derailed in Gafargaon upazila of Mymensingh on Tuesday morning. (observer)
Railway source said goods-laden bogie of a Dhaka-bound local train veered off the track near Gafargaon railway station in the upazila around 8.00 am.
Train driver Akhter Hossain said the accident occurred due to the overload goods and poor rail line.
Gafargaon Railway Station Master Sulaiman Kabir confirmed the matter. However, no causality was reported
