Popular actress Rafiath Rashid Mithila has become a fan of Jibanananda Das. She has been quoting the legendary poet’s poem lines through social media for several days. It can be said that the actress has fallen in love with the poet.

She uploaded a picture of herself wearing a saree on Monday and captioned two verses of Jibanananda’s poem ‘Banalata Sen’ – “Shob Pakhi Ghore Ashe….Furay E Jiboner Shob Lenden….Thake Shudu Ondhokar…Banalata Sen.”

There are very few Bengalis who love poetry. Many new generation people are forgetting the name of Jibanananda Das. But he is at the top of the list of actress Mithila’s favorites. As a result, she remembers this by posting captions with photos on social media.

When the picture is shared on Facebook, it goes viral. There are a lot of comments, most of which are indecent and offensive. However, Mithila considers the indecent comments as ‘cyberbullying’ and does not heed much of that, as a result, she has no hesitation in expressing herself arbitrarily.

Mithila married Kolkata director Srijit Mukherji on December 6 last year. She was in Dhaka with her daughter Ayra after her honeymoon. After about five and a half months, Mithila left with daughter for West Bengal on August 15.
