The opinion of the Law Ministry on the application submitted by BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s family seeking her release for advance treatment abroad has been sent to the Home Ministry.
Law Minister Anisul Huq told this to the reporters on Tuesday (September 7).
He said, “The proposal came from Home Ministry. We resent it to the ministry with our opinion.”
When asked what said in the opinion, he replied, “It will first go to Prime Minister, then to be finalised. I can say nothing before that.”
