Bangladesh reported 51 deaths from coronavirus in a day, climbing the national toll to 27,058 across the country so far. Besides 1901 new cases were reported during the same period. With this, the total number of infections stood at 15,36,341 in the country.
A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Wednesday (September 15).
Alongside, as many as 3,873 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the last 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 14,90,541, the release said.
