The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations for the running academic year are likely to begin on November 14.
Students have to sit for the exam in only three elective subjects. The assessment number will also decrease.
Bangladesh Madrasa Board of Education today (Sept 23) released the routine of Dakhil (SSC equivalent) examination.
Meanwhile, all education boards have sent proposals for possible routines to the Ministry of Education seeking approval to take the test.
A board member, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the rest of the board exams were scheduled to start on the same day.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the government has to postpone this year’s SSC, HSC and equivalent exams. Otherwise, SSC and its equivalent exams are usually held in February and HSC in April.
