Gas supply to some areas of the capital will be cut off for eight hours today (October 18th) to replace the gas pipeline adjacent to the Mohakhali Rail Crossing under the existing utility replacement-removal project within the Dhaka Elevated Expressway Route Alignment.
It was mentioned in a notification issued by Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited on Sunday (October 18).
It said gas supply to some areas of the capital would be cut off for eight hours from 10pm on Monday (October 18) to 8am the next day.
Areas include Gulshan, Banani, Mohakhali and Tejgaon industrial areas. In addition, the gas pressure may be lower in the surrounding areas.
Titus Transmission and Distribution Company Limited has apologized for the temporary inconvenience caused to the customers.
